Lorath Nahr is a Horadrim who appears in Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred, the second major expansion for Diablo IV released on April 28, 2026. Lorath Nahr is a Horadrim who accompanies the Wanderer throughout Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred. He and the Wanderer travel to the Yshari Sanctum to meet Neyrelle, only to find her dead and the library burned. Her surviving notes reveal that Mephisto, in the guise of Akarat reborn, is on his way to the Skovos Isles. Lorath attempts to reach out to Amazon Queen Adreona but is manipulated by Mephisto into nearly killing her instead, allowing 'Akarat' to heal her in front of the crowd.
